What's a good wedding budget?

As a wedding planner and designer, I work with clients from all walks of life to create their dream wedding. However, one thing that sets my clients apart is their wedding budget. The majority of my clients have a minimum wedding budget of at least $75,000 and on average a wedding budget of $150,000. In this blog post, I want to share why having a larger budget can make all the difference when it comes to creating a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

First and foremost, a budget of $75,000+ allows for greater creative freedom. With more resources at our disposal, we can incorporate unique and extravagant elements that really make a wedding stand out. From luxurious floral arrangements to custom lighting installations, the possibilities are endless. It also allows us to work with a wider range of vendors who specialize in creating bespoke experiences that truly reflect our clients' vision.

Another advantage of having a budget in this range, is that it can help alleviate stress during the planning process. Weddings can be incredibly stressful to plan, but with a reasonable budget, we have more room for unexpected expenses and contingencies. This means that we can handle any challenges that may arise without having to compromise on our clients' vision for their big day. It can also help streamline the planning process by giving us the ability to hire additional staff and resources, such as a dedicated event coordinator or extra assistants to help with setup and teardown.

Perhaps most importantly, a budget in this range allows us to prioritize our clients' needs and wishes. From the guest list to the venue to the menu, we can ensure that every aspect of the wedding is tailored to their preferences and desires. We can also work closely with our clients to create a detailed plan that takes into account all of their goals and objectives for the wedding, from the décor and entertainment to the catering and transportation.

While a larger budget may not be feasible for everyone, I truly believe that investing in your wedding day can make all the difference in creating a memorable and truly unique experience. If you are considering working with a wedding planner and designer, I encourage you to think about your budget and what you hope to achieve with your wedding. With the right resources and guidance, you can create a wedding day that exceeds your wildest dreams and leaves you with memories that last a lifetime.

XOXO, Alina
